LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – According to a criminal complaint, a trooper with the West Virginia State Police and specially trained in financial crimes received a complaint on July 18 regarding a situation at a local business. The complaint stated that the victim was reporting fraudulent use of the bank account for Greenbrier Chiropractic Center. The information was reportedly obtained through the victim’s bank statements and other documents.

During August 2024, the victim hired Jenny Sizemore to work as the office manager. Sizemore allegedly took over financial responsibility of the office by billing customers, billing insurance and paying for the operating expenses of the business according to the criminal complaint.
