TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Rapper Playboi Carti is going back on a headlining tour after a four-year hiatus, and he'll be making a stop in Tampa this fall.
It will be his first headlining tour since 2021, though he has recently appeared alongside other rappers at their shows.
Playboi Carti released his third studio album earlier this year, called 'MUSIC,' which is made up of 30 songs and includes features from Travis Scott, The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, Future and other hip hop artists.
The album was given a 7.7 on Pitchfork, where the author wrote, "Carti’s long-awaited third official album is a blockbuster event that synthesizes all of his impulses—good and bad—into a dizzying, inspired, vibes-driven, 30-track flood of everything."
The tour begins on October 3 in Salt Lake City, with 28 date
