TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A new sports card business is coming to downtown Twin Falls, but the idea for the business came unexpectedly.

“My son Ben, he had a brain tumor and stroke a little over three years ago, and it left him 80 days in the hospital,” Andrew King said.

In 2022, Ben King was gearing up to leave for college on a baseball scholarship to a junior college in Washington, but that quickly changed when doctors discovered a brain tumor.

The diagnosis sidelined his playing career, but his passion for sports cards turned into a form of therapy to help him during his recovery.
