The man charged with attacking MTA conductor Myran Pollack in 2024 has accepted a plea deal. Jonathan Davalos, 27, accepted a plea deal of 15 years in jail for attempted murder. On Oct. 8, Davalos stabbed train conductor Pollack after being asked to get off at the Utica Avenue station as it was the last stop. Pollack endured multiple surgeries and has since come out of a medical induced coma. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
