LAKE COUNTY, Tenn. (WMC) - Austin Drummond , the man accused of killing four family members in Lake County, appeared back in court Monday.

Monday’s hearing was for a different case involving Austin Drummond, who faces drug charges and an attempted murder charge he picked up while already in prison for a 2016 armed robbery.

The judge revoked his $130,000 bond in that case.

Authorities say Drummond was on bond when he shot and killed the four relatives.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
