SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Criminal charges are pending against a Brady man after he fled law enforcement at high speeds in Tuscola before being flung from his vehicle in a rollover collision, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
TxDPS reported that, at approximately 6 a.m. on Aug. 26, a TxDPS trooper "attempted to stop a white Ford work pickup truck for a traffic violation as it traveled north on US 83, near the south side of Tuscola, Texas."
The agency said the driver, identified as 29-year-old Jeremy Clarence Morgan of Brady, allegedly "refused to stop and fled at a high rate of speed." TxDPS stated that Morgan then, while continuing north on U.S. 83, lost control of his truck "in a slight curve."
