Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is mobilizing the state's National Guard to assist the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Governor Kemp made the announcement on Tuesday morning.

Soldiers and Airmen will be providing administrative support to ICE across the state of Georgia.

"Proud to stand with the White House in the ongoing efforts to crack down on illegal immigration and keep Americans safe!" Kemp said in the announcement.
