WASHINGTON — With increased federal forces in D.C., Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton introduced a bill Tuesday that would require armed forces, including the National Guard, to wear body cameras.

The program would be similar to the one that D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Department uses, including storing video for a period of time based on what is captured and provides access to the video for the public and the press.

“The Trump administration has deployed more than 2,000 troops to D.C. who are wholly unaccountable to D.C. residents. Even the D.C.
