BULLHEAD CITY — Last year a teenager in Tucson typed out — but did not send — a school shooting threat in an email, and was suspended for it. More than 300 miles away, similar software monitors students in the Bullhead City School District.
The Bullhead City School District pays for two programs: GoGuardian, which allows teachers to monitor all student devices while in the classroom and Bark, which alerts school administration when specific keywords are used by students on websites and in student accounts. ×
