AUSTIN (KXAN) — A 43-year-old man arrested by U.S. Marshals on Aug. 21 faces a manslaughter charge in connection with the April 24 death of a woman, according to an arrest warrant affidavit from the Austin Police Department.
The suspect, Reginald Crosby, was previously convicted in 2003 for the aggravated sexual assault of a child, according to Travis County Court records. He was sentenced to eight years in the custody of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
