SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — The Sioux City Railroad Museum is going to be reducing their hours soon.

According to a Facebook post from the museum, they will be reducing their hours beginning on September 1.

The museum said that the decision to reduce their hours stems from many things, but mostly "financial and operational perspectives."

In their post, the museum talks about how, despite many of their flood recovery efforts following the June 2024 flooding that devastated the region, they are still dealing with many issues that need to be addressed and solved.
