WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- Authorities have made an arrest in the death of a 4-month-old boy who died Monday after being left alone in a car, Kingstree Police Chief Kimberly Marlow said.
Armina Lavette Seal-Middleton, 52, of Salters, South Carolina, was charged with homicide by child abuse. She was booked into the Williamsburg County Detention Center.
