PATERSON, N.J. (PIX11) — A boil water advisory remains in place until further notice for thousands of New Jersey residents after a second major water main break over the weekend in Paterson.

The advisory pertains to residents in parts of Haledon, North Haledon, Fair Lawn, Prospect Park, and Paterson.

The owner of ‘The Yard’ restaurant in Haledon has been shelling out extra cash for weeks to stay open. “A thousand dollars a week, easy,” said Anthony Kingslow. “Easily about a thousand a week just for soda and ice.”
