A Greenwood board approved variances for an eight-building senior apartment project near County Line Road and State Road 135.
The Greenwood Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approved seven variances, with amendments and commitments, for Greenwood Place, a proposed age-restricted senior apartment development on about 4.92-acres along the 3000 block of W. County Line Road. This is west of State Road 135, located on mostly undeveloped land to the immediate north of Greenwood Meadows. This land is owned by MDW&B Realty.
Greenwood Place would consist of one eight-plex, five six-plex and one four-plex, along with a clubhouse. Most of the buildings would be along a new private road running parallel to County Line Road to the north; the only exception is the eight-plex, which would be along th
