HAILEY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A Blaine County medical worker has accepted a plea agreement after deputies said he sexually assaulted a patient.

Corbin Lewis, 30, pleaded guilty in the agreement to one felony count of forcible penetration by use of a foreign object, according to entry of plea documents. He initially faced two counts of forcible penetration.

An affidavit from the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office stated that Lewis was a paramedic for the emergency department at St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center. He confessed to deputies that he sexually assaulted a patient in October 2024 after they read him his Miranda rights.

As a result of his guilty plea, Lewis will have to register as a sex offender and pay restitution, according to the plea documents. He could face a maximum sentenc
