BULLHEAD CITY — Labor Day typically marks the end of the "summer season" for visitors and residents flocking to the Tri-state, taking advantage of one last extended holiday weekend to frolic at Lake Mohave or along the Colorado River.
This year, it also marks the return of paid parking at Rotary Park, at least for out-of-town visitors willing to plunk down $25 to access the riverfront facility. ×
