WASHINGTON — D.C.'s police department is deciding how it will respond to a congressional request to produce documents and provide officer interviews for a House oversight investigation into alleged crime underreporting within the Metropolitan Police Department.

The investigation targets information related to a 2020 case first brought to light by WUSA9's investigative team, centered around allegations made by MPD Sergeant Charlotte Djossou .
