SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Just one week into the school year, San Angelolo ISD’s decision to implement a closed-campus lunch at Lake View High School has prompted frustration from students and parents, who say the change created overcrowding, food delays, and in some cases, students going without meals.
Parents and students voiced their concerns during Monday’s school board meeting, describing long cafeteria lines and students sitting on the floor or eating in hallways.
