LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Artificial intelligence is moving from the workplace to the classroom.
With a new school year underway, colleges across Kentucky are exploring how to prepare students for this new reality, from policies to classwork.
Director of EKU’s AI Strategy Office Lisa Blue says AI can be a tool for students and faculty.

Universities are using tools like ‘Turnitin’ to detect AI tendencies in student work. Blue said the program isn’t perfect, with a 4% false positive rate.
She says they’d rather teach students the positive ways to use
