ALUM BRIDGE, W.Va. (WBOY) — A couple in Lewis County is looking to build a bridge to their property that will allow a car to get to their house in the event of an emergency.
The Creightons say that under the best of circumstances, the walking bridge leading to their house can make people nervous. It's 300 feet long, 2 feet wide, and needs repair. But the couple recently learned that in the event of an emergency, it can be downright deadly.
Michael Creighton is a veteran who sustained a TBI and spinal injury from a fall while he was serving.
