Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler accepted a guilty plea on Tuesday for a 2024 DUI in Tennessee.

Under the agreement, Cutler will serve four days at the Williamson County Jail , beginning by the end of the month. He was also ordered to pay a $350 fine, will be placed on supervised probation for one year and must attend a DUI safety class.

An earlier weapons charge was dropped as part of the plea, but Cutler did forfeit the firearm , law enforcement sources told TMZ.

Police in Franklin, Tenn. arrested a “visibly intoxicated” Cutler on Oct. 17 after he rear-ended another vehicle and allegedly refused to take a field sobriety test.

A rifle and a handgun were found in his car, leading to charges of driving under the influence, possessing a gun while intoxicated, failure to exercise
