Former Chicago Bears star quarterback Jay Cutler is set to spend a handful of days in jail after accepting a plea deal following his arrest for a DUI last October.

Cutler pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI on Tuesday, according to TMZ . He was also previously charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence, but that charge was dismissed after Cutler forfeited the weapon, TMZ reports.

Jay Cutler is set to spend four days in jail, per TMZ. He is expected to begin serving his sentence by the end of September.

In addition to spending four days in jail, Cutler’s Tennessee license has been revoked for a year, according to TMZ. He also must attend a DUI safety class, pay a $350 fine and spend one year on supervised probation.
