WHITEMARSH — Plymouth Whitemarsh put eight shots on goal during the first half of its non-league game against Phoenixville Tuesday afternoon, but failed to convert any into goals during the first 40 minutes.

PW put three shots on goal in the second half and scored twice.

The two goals were more than enough on a day that the Colonials dominated possession. They picked up their first win of the season with a 2-0 victory over the Phantoms at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
