WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A man was arrested after allegedly beating a teenager into unconsciousness at a concert at the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre over the weekend.

Jacob David Shelley, 47, has been arrested on suspicion of intentional or knowing aggravated child abuse, a first-degree felony.

Shelley and the victim were separately attending the $uicideBoy$ concert on Saturday, August 23 at the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre.
