KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Multiple college campuses throughout the country are dealing with false ‘active shooter’ threats amid the start of the school year.
It usually starts as a campus alert followed by an ‘all-clear’ notification. The latest swatting incident in the Midwest was at Kansas State University on the afternoon of Monday, August 25.
These incidents are leaving community members confused and concerned.
