Alien: Earth introduced several new alien lifeforms to the Alien franchise, but one of them may be even more terrifying than the Xenomorphs. Alien: Earth introduced five new alien lifeforms via the crash of the USCSS Maginot in the premiere. We've seen a few of them in action, including a mosquito-like alien, a squid-like eyeball creature, and a plant-like pod, along with the classic Xenomorphs.

Being an Alien story, Earth has mostly been focused on the Xenomorphs so far. Wendy can seemingly converse with them, and most of Kirsh's experiments have focused on the classic horror monsters. One of the less prominent specimens from the Maginot , however, got a moment in the spotlight in Alien: Earth episode 4 , and it proved just how terrifying it really is.
