Two children were killed and 17 people were injured in a mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis Wednesday morning.

He identified the shooter as 23-year-old Robin Westman.

O’Hara said Westman appeared to do most or all shooting from the outside through windows. Westman had a rifle, shotgun and a pistol and police
