The Green, Orange, Blue, and Fitchburg lines will operate under service changes and closures in September, the MBTA announced last week.

Green Line
From Sept. 3 to 11, service between Kenmore and Riverside will be suspended on the D branch.
The shutdown will allow for track improvements and Green Line Train Protection System infrastructure installments to prevent train collisions and enforce speed limits.
Shuttle buses will replace service with local buses stopping at all stops between Kenmore and Riverside, except at Beaconsfield. Express shuttle service will be offered between Copley and Riverside, Woodland, Waban, Eliot, and the Newton Highlands stops.
