WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- D.C. police are searching for the suspect in a Northwest robbery from Aug. 17, police said.

On that Sunday, around 12:45 p.m., the suspect approached the victim in the 1600 block of Fuller Street, Northwest.

After snatching the victim's property, he fled the scene.

Surveillance cameras nearby caught footage of the suspect. He was seen wearing a black shirt with dark pants, and white sneakers.
