It was another strong weekend for Le Roy Youth Football & Cheer as both the Beginner and Mini Knights earned convincing victories, while the JV Knights took the week to regroup and prepare for the challenges ahead.
The Beginner Knights powered their way to a 33–13 win behind a balanced attack and gritty play up front. The backfield trio of Ezra Parmenter, Harlan Dejesus, and Rhett Lehman kept Tritown on their heels all evening. Dejesus showed off his strength and determination, breaking tackles and powering his way into the end zone twice. Lehman, who shook off a slow start, found his rhythm as the game wore on and also crossed the goal line for two scores of his own.
