DULUTH, Min. – The Cathodic School in Duluth, Stella Marias Academy, released a statement following the deadly shooting at the Annunciation Catholic School. Minneapolis.

Our hearts are broken as we hold our brothers and sisters at Annunciation Catholic School and Parish in Minneapolis close in prayer after today’s tragic events.

Catholic schools are so much more than classrooms. They are places where children are deeply loved, where families are rooted in community, and where we gather at the Eucharist as one Body in Christ. To see such sacred spaces struck by violence is beyond heartbreaking.
