A man wanted in the alleged beating death of a toddler found in a bathtub in Columbus, Ohio, was arrested Wednesday in Massachusetts.

Dioblis Williams, 25, was arrested in Framingham, Massachusetts, by the U.S. Marshals Service District of Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force on a warrant for the homicide of a child. Latest Forecast
