A Cedar Falls man charged with sexually abusing a girl under the age of 12 between 2010 and 2013 in Mason City is now accused, along with his wife and mother, of offering money and using other means to persuade the girl to drop the charges.

Isaia Michael Weber, 42, was charged with four counts of second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony, on July 31. He committed the abuse three times in a Mason City home and once in a vehicle in a parking lot at a Mason City business, according to the criminal complaints.

On Monday, the Mason City Police Department filed a charge of tampering with a reporting party, a Class C felony, against Weber; his wife, Lakeshia Renee Weber, 35, Cedar Falls; and his mother, Dalia Salinas Weber, 63, Charles City.
