The Nov. 4 election won’t feature many candidates on its ballot, but Bexar County voters are headed toward a major vote on funding for a new Spurs arena and upgrades to county-owned facilities on the East Side.
Both the arena and East Side would be paid for by voter-approved taxes on hotel rooms and rental cars, though they’ll appear separately on the ballot .
