Whole Foods Market is now open in McKinney’s West Grove development, offering a variety of natural and organic grocery products and home goods.

The nearly 48,000-square-foot McKinney store is the 15th Whole Foods Market location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, a company representative said. A grand opening was held for the store Aug. 27 and featured giveaways, samples and promotions.
