UNIONTOWN, Ohio (WOIO) - The Uniontown Police Department is asking for information about a missing and endangered woman last seen in Pennsylvania with a man.

According to the Facebook post, 33-year-old Johanna Hoffman Smith was last seen on Wednesday in Breezewood, Pennsylvania, in a gold Honda Accord with Ohio license plate KAK5475.

Police said she was also with a man, William Wyszynski.

Uniontown Police Chief Michael Batchik said this man may be her ex-boyfriend.

Police described Smith as 5′7″ tall and 140 lbs.

Police said multiple people have reported coming in contact with Smith in Pennsylvania.

Uniontown Police believe she may be heading to Virginia.
