WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Waco High School Principal Joseph Alexander on Wednesday alerted parents about allegations of inappropriate communication involving a campus aide on campus.

The announcement was made in a letter to parents obtained by KWTX.

“Following a criminal investigation conducted by the Waco ISD Police Department, the individual was taken into custody and is no longer employed by the district,” Alexander said.

No further information was provided.

Waco High School is located at 2020 N 42nd Street.
