Delaware lawmakers are planning to investigate how last year's statewide property reassessment was carried out, and to examine possible legislative action - including targeted tax relief.
Bipartisan Special Committees will be appointed and will meet in public in September, October and November at Legislative Hall in Dover. Meetings will also be livestreamed and will cover the most recent reassessment, what future assessments and tax structures may look like, and how education funding is affected.
