CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Phil Wood's attic is one part hobby, one part history.
"This is a ball from the 1924 World Series," Wood said. "I got this from an estate sale."
"You start off with the baseball cards then along the line you get the team yearbooks and various baseball magazines that come out," he continued.
From decades-old baseballs to game-worn jerseys, Wood has several hundred collectibles, and every piece has a story.

His collection includes one of Harmon Killebrew's bats and a real Brooklyn Dodgers baseball cap that may or may not belong to Jackie Robinson.
"The point is it's from the era when he was there," Wood said.
His recollection of the game is itself priceless memorabilia.
