CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A Johnstown man is facing felony charges after allegedly chasing a woman and hitting a toddler with a door jamb.
Michael Dibert, 41, was charged after police were called to a residence on David Street on Aug. 23. When they arrived, the victim told police that Dibert had allegedly chased her around her residence and had hit her two-year-old son on his head, according to the criminal complaint.
Police noted that the victim had a cut on her lip and that the two-year-old had a large lump on his forehead. The victim showed police the door jamb, which was a piece of wood with nails/staples sticking out of it.
Officers were able to safely transport the victim and her son to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center for evaluation and then returned to the residence in orde
