A judge Wednesday ordered two teenagers to stand trial on allegations they sexually assaulted a fellow Sperry High School football player with a hairbrush prior to a game in 2024.

Tulsa County District Court Special Judge April Seibert made the ruling following a preliminary hearing that included another student testifying that he videoed a portion of the assault and uploaded it to a social media site.

In making her ruling, over defense attorney objections, Seibert determined prosecutors had presented enough evidence to warrant a trial for Ayden Allison, 17, and Gaige Kelly, 18.

Both are charged as adults with rape by instrumentation in the Oct. 25, 2024, alleged assault on a 15-year-old ninth grader and fellow football teammate.
