The Kansas City Chiefs will be without one of their Super Bowl champion wide receivers for the first six weeks of the season.

Rashee Rice accepted the NFL’s six-game suspension for violating the league’s personal conduct policy, according to multiple reports . The wideout is eligible to return in Week 7 against the Las Vegas Raiders on Oct. 19.

The suspension comes as a result of Rice’s role in a 2024 multi-vehicle crash in Dallas that sent two people to the hospital.

A Corvette — believed to be owned or leased by Rice — and a Lamborghini were racing on the North Central Expressway before the crash occurred .
