SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Avera Health is one of the best employers in South Dakota, according to a new Forbes magazine list.

The America’s Best-In-State Employers list is an award list created by an independent survey of over 160,000 employees working for companies across the U.S.

Over 2 million employers were considered.

The final score is based on two types of employee evaluations: one given by employees and one by the public.
