KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) is investigating after a shooting led to a crash on westbound Interstate 70 Wednesday afternoon in Saline County.
MSHP says that a road rage incident led to shots being fired and at least one vehicle crashing on I-70 near US-65.
Additionally, the highway patrol said that no injuries have been reported in shooting or in the crash.
However, at this time, MSHP says the suspect fled the scene of the crime and has yet to be located.
Investigators are now on the scene searching for any evidence that may provide context as to where the suspect is or how the incident occurred.
This is an ongoing investigation; FOX4 will provide updates as they're made available.
