NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WFSB) - The YWCA in New Britain has fully reopened after a 2-year-old died there in July.

School-age programs started back up on Monday, and programs for younger children resumed on Wednesday.

Staff have undergone another round of CPR, first aid and emergency response training.

The facility has also changed its food options, and added new building security measures.
