MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A vehicle fire on Interstate 95 South in Milford Wednesday afternoon caused a traffic disturbance but no injuries.
According to the Milford Fire Department, units responded to I-95 South near the rest stop between Exits 41 and 40 at around 12:14 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 27 for a report of a vehicle fire.
When the units arrived, the car was fully engulfed in flames but the two occupants were out of the car. The two right lanes were temporarily closed while the units extinguished the fire and they have since reopened.
