LAMBTON SHORES – Lambton County OPP are investigating a theft involving a boat trailer that was reportedly stolen in Port Franks.

According to police, the trailer was likely taken between July 27 and Aug. 2. from an address on Poplar Avenue.

The trailer is described as a 26-foot dual axle trailer with bright blue bunks. It has two white rims on the passenger side, and one black and one white rim on the driver’s side. It’s also equipped with two jacks fixed to the front.

The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with relevant information is asked to contact Lambton County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
