MINNEAPOLIS — Law enforcement is on the scene of a mass shooting at a south Minneapolis church where two children were killed and more than a dozen were injured. Here's what we know:

Just before 8:30 a.m., Minneapolis Police responded to a report of a shooting at a mass at Annunciation Catholic Church on West 54th Street.

MPD Chief Brian O'Hara said the worship service was marking the first week of school for the children attending Annunciation Catholic School. According to the school's website, students pre-K through eighth grade attend the school.

A shooter approached the outside of the church and started firing a rifle through the church windows.

The shooter was armed with a rifle, a shotgun and a pistol. MPD says the shooter fired all three guns at some point. All three guns were
