LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The second man accused of nearly stealing $100,000 as part of a scam has been arrested.

Ivan Dylyn, 28, was arrested and lodged at the Lancaster County Jail Tuesday. He has since been charged with unlawful taking of over $5,000.

On June 6, Lincoln Police were called to a belated fraud . According to LPD, a man reported that he received an email informing him that he was charged $1,000 from his PayPal account on June 3.

The man called the phone number on the email to report the transaction as fraudulent as he did not have a PayPal account.

After being told by the scammers that they refunded him $100,000 instead of $1,000 and that he needed to return the money with gold. Police said the victim gave $98,308 in gold to Dylyn at an exchange at his home. He also took
