CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Detectives from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department are working to find two people who are accused of shoplifting from multiple businesses in the Charlotte area.

Police said both Eddie Mobley and Jeremy Hawkins have been arrested multiples times and continue to steal from businesses.

Detective Jacqueline Clyburn from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Crime Stoppers said Mobley and Hawkins stole from a Hibbett Sports store on E. Independence Blvd. back in June. Police said surveillance footage shows Mobley moving through the store while wearing a pink hat.

Clyburn said the duo also stole from the Alo Yoga store in SouthPark. The incident happened in July. Surveillance footage from the business shows the suspected shoplifters milling about in the store.
